Call for applications: Fête de la Musique Johannesburg 18th June 2022 – Deadline 15th of April

Fête de la Musique is calling on artists to apply for the 2022 edition of the festival in Johannesburg, South Africa, on 18 June.

How to apply?

Interested artists should download and fill in an application form here together with the following material:

• Biography.
• Photos.
• Technical rider.
• Sound clips.
• Videos
• Press kit.

The applications should be submit via WeTransfer to fetedelamusiquejoburg@gmail.com(link sends e-mail) before 15 April.

The first 300 applications sent before the deadline will be considered.

Applicants will be selected based on the originality of their work as well as the quality of their performance on stage. The jury members of Fête de la Musique 2022 includes French Institute of South Africa deputy director Sophie Boulé, Sakifo Music Festival founder Jérôme Galabert, Music In Africa Foundation project manager Violet Maila, Bassline production manager Andrew Poane, and DJ and content creator Liziwe Kwanini.
